My name is Andrea, but everyone calls me Eta. I have a degree in Computer Science from the University of Pisa and started working in IT in 1983, first as an independent consultant, then as co-owner of Logos Informatica, authorized Apple reseller and service center in Lucca for thirty years.
Since 2019 I am an independent consultant again with Eta Informatica. I deal directly with every client: no call centers, no middle layers. If you call, I am the one answering.
I work as much with networks and infrastructures as I do with people: training has always been the part of the job I enjoyed the most, ever since my degree thesis. I handle IT for professional studios and small businesses that lack an internal IT department, and I guide those who really want to understand how to use artificial intelligence tools without the hype, with a methodical approach.
